Personal data processing notice
Notice pursuant to articles 13–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for users of omniacore.it.
1. Data controller
Omniacore Solutions SRLS
Via Luigi Einaudi 50/2, 45100 Rovigo (RO), Italy
VAT IT01633830292
Email: info@omniacore.it — Phone: +39 328 8593440
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the legal requirements for such appointment are not met.
2. Categories of data processed
a) Data you provide through the contact form: full name, e-mail address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
b) Navigation data: in the course of normal operation, the systems running this website acquire technical data whose transmission is implicit in Internet protocols (IP addresses, request time, response code, user-agent). This data is used solely to ensure the correct operation and security of the site (technical logs) and is kept for the time strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering contact requests — replying to your request and managing any pre-contractual phase. Legal basis: art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request).
Site security and operation — providing the service, preventing abuse (e.g. rate limiting) and defending legal claims. Legal basis: art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary to handle your request: without it we will not be able to reply. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
4. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures (encryption in transit, access control, minimisation). Messages sent through the form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations or a contractual relationship require otherwise. Technical logs are normally kept for no longer than 12 months.
5. Recipients
Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed only by: authorised Omniacore Solutions staff; hosting and e-mail service providers, appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR; competent authorities, where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Data is processed within the European Union. Should a technical provider involve a transfer to third countries, it will take place only under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the safeguards set out in articles 46 ff. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
7. Cookies and usage statistics
This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be used, for which no consent is required. Fonts and graphic assets are served directly from our systems, with no third-party CDN connections.
For usage statistics this website relies on Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics platform: it uses no cookies, stores no persistent identifiers, collects only aggregated and anonymous data (pages visited, device type, country-level location) and does not allow visitors to be identified. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in measuring the use of its own website.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights set out in articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability. Requests should be sent to info@omniacore.it; we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated; the version published on this page is the one in force. Last revision: 10/07/2026.
